Imperi.al was founded in 2012 in a modest workshop in Birmingham's business district. What began as a two-person operation with a single digital press has grown into one of the West Midlands' most respected printing studios.
Our founders, both graduates of the University of Birmingham, believed that the city's thriving business community deserved print quality that matched the ambition of its entrepreneurs. That belief still drives every project we undertake today.
Over the past ten years, we've had the privilege of working with over 500 businesses across Birmingham—from startups in the Jewellery Quarter to established firms on Colmore Row, and from creative agencies in Digbeth to manufacturers in Solihull and Coventry.
