How quickly can you turnaround a print job?
For standard jobs, we offer a 24–48 hour turnaround. Same-day printing is available for business cards, flyers, and small-format jobs if files are submitted before 10am. Large format and complex finishing may require 3–5 working days. We'll always confirm lead times when you request a quote.
Do you deliver across the West Midlands?
Yes. We offer free local delivery within Birmingham city centre. For the wider West Midlands region—including Solihull, Coventry, Wolverhampton, and the Black Country—we provide next-day courier delivery.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, and high-resolution TIFF/JPEG/PNG files (300dpi minimum). If you're unsure about file setup, our team can advise or provide a pre-press check service.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely. We provide free digital PDF proofs for all jobs. For colour-critical work, we offer a physical press proof at cost. We never proceed to full production without your approval.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch or refine existing designs. Design fees are quoted separately and depend on complexity. Many clients use our design service for brochures, catalogues, and brand stationery packages.
